Monday – Covering class rules and procedures.
Tuesday – Presidential Fitness Testing – Push ups and Sit ups, sit and reach, shuttle run.
Wednesday - Presidential Fitness Testing – Sit and Reach, Shuttle Run, mile and Pull ups.
Thursday - Presidential Fitness testing – Mile run make up.
Friday – Introduction to Strength training and Weight Room facility.
Monday – Fitness activities – Introduction to Strength training and Weight Room facility.
Tuesday – Fitness activities – Weight Room safety discussion. Major muscles and corresponding strength training activities worksheet.
Wednesday – Fitness activities – Complete major muscles and corresponding strength training activities worksheet.
Thursday – Fitness activities – Begin working on personal program development sheets.
Friday – Fitness activities – Continue working on personal program development sheets.
Weight Training - 1st and 5th Periods.
Monday – Rules and classroom orientation.
Tuesday – Filling out program development sheets. Choosing Individual or Performance programs
Wednesday – Covering classroom safety rules and procedures. Program development.
Thursday – Choosing performance or individual program types. Covering expectations of each program type.
Friday – Introducing program rotation charts and groupings.
Monday – Covering recording procedures for each program type. Working on personal needs within each program. Checking off performance students on form.
Tuesday – Covering recording procedures for each program type. Working on personal needs within each program. Checking off performance students on form.
Wednesday – First full day work out. Will rotate all three stations and attempt first full day workout for individual program students.
Thursday – Introduce Plyo-Metric programs.
Friday – Finalize form checks for Performance students. Finalize programs for Individual program students.
