Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is desperately looking for students to take on various volunteering positions with their organization. One project they need support with is in updating their website! (There is potential for a senior project, but they need to move quick and work over the summer). They also need advertising work and marketing materials completed (another possible senior project). Habitat will have a fun/ run race this Sept 11th, and would like to have athletics and clubs represented the day of the race. In another area, they also might need some woodworking help. Basically just contact them and see what they might have and how you could be of service! They want Philomath represented.

Upcoming Volunteer Activities!

save the date for the upcoming Spring Break events!

- Working at the FoodShare on Monday 3/22 from 10AM-12:00PM
- Helping run an activity for the kids in Pre-K at the Corvallis Community Center for Children 3/23 and 3/25 from 9:30-11:30AM
- Cleaning at Heartland Humane Society 3/24 9-11AM
- Doing parts of a week-long recycling, environmental education, and art project Times and Dates TBA
- Helping with an outdoor project with the Parks Department time and date TBA

Youth Volunteer Corps- Corvallis Parks and Recreation
