Philomath Middle School

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. The sudents have been in school for over a month and they are highly engaged in differnent studies and acivities. Each day we have a number of students that are participating in a variety of activities and events. We do our best to communicate these events and activities through the monthly newsletter that is mailed home and the daily bulletin that you can access through your Power School account.
As this school year began we had some major volunteer work that took place on the exteior of the building and grounds. A big thank you goes to Mark Grimmer for organizing a paint crew to paint the modular buildings and to Becki Goslow for her continued work in the flower beds. Thank you to all the people that organize volunteers and work to make Philomath Middle School a better place.
Another accomplishment that needs to be recognized is that Philomath Middle School received a rating of Outstanding on the Oregon State Report Card for the 2010-2011 school year. This achievement is due the hard work and dedication from the students, staff, families and community of Philomath. Keep up the good work.
