“I have a student with special needs .. Where do I start?”
The best advice to offer is to call or contact someone for help or information, with any questions or issues you may have – don’t wait for someone to contact you. Get actively involved in the process – you are your child’s most critical resource.
There are a variety of resources available that may be able to offer advice, assistance or guidance:
Philomath SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee) – Parents in Philomath who are knowledgeable about resources, contacts, etc.
